Neuromuscular/ Trigger point Therapy
This type of massage is for pain management, muscle spasms or injury. Trigger point therapy also known as neuromuscular therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm. Neuromuscular therapy works by relaxing the muscle in order to release stored lactic acid and encourage blood and oxygen circulation to the muscle to avoid the production of more lactic acid.
Head to Toe Massage
This massage is wonderful from head to toe. We will start with a signature 60 minute Customized Swedish massage focusing on problem areas, accompanied by a 15 minute scalp and facial massage, followed by a 15 minute sugar foot scrub and hydrating foot massage.
